Excellant park with fantastic staff. Regular visits from a bearded dragon were a highlight of my daughters stay. The ensuite style amenities with the toilet and shower in one room were extremely clean. Thank you.

From the moment we arrived at this park, the service was exceptional! Dawn at the desk was always cheerful and helpful. John escorted us to the site and guided us into position with simple commands and obvious skill. We were in within 30 seconds and perfectly aligned to the slab. Our water hose wouldn't quite reach the tap but that was no problem for John, he just provided us with a loan hose for our time there. The facilities are well cared for and the 'ensuite' style amenites where each combine shower, toilet, wash basin within a large room were very impressive. The pool is large and very welcome on the hot days. The kids really loved it. We needed to cut our stay short but that was no issue to Dawn who arranged the appropriate refund. From the pleasant welcome on arrival our stay couldn't have been better. We must say that the ammenities are the best we have encounted on our caravanning trip. We commend John and his staff for providing such a fabulous park and helpful tourist information as well as the assistance on arrival.

We arrived at the Cane Village Park Bundaberg on the 16th September 2010 for 2 nights but stayed for 4 nights, we would have stayed longer but we are on our way home. We were warmly welcomed by Dawn at the office booking in & were escorted to site & assisted us to park. We were amazed at the amenities 16 ensuites spotlessly clean with shower, toilet, stool & plenty of room. We have been travelling since 23rd May this year from Warragul Victoria to Alice Springs, Darwin back to Katherine then to Broome, Katherine again & onto Townsville & then south. We rate your park with Big4 Adventure Whitsunday Resort & Katherine Low Level Caravan Park the three parks are the top 3 parks we have visited. We will return hopefully next year.
